The World Brewers Cup Championship (WBrC) is one of the world's most prestigious manual coffee brewing competitions, organized by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Each year, national champions from around the globe compete by preparing filter coffee using manual brewing methods, with routines judged on coffee quality, technical skill, consistency, and presentation.
More than just a competition, the World Brewers Cup is a celebration of innovation, craftsmanship, and the art of manual brewing. It showcases how different coffees, brewing techniques, and equipment can come together to create an exceptional cup.
