Return & Refund Policy
We have the utmost confidence in the design and quality of our products, but in the case that you are not satisfied with the products, we offer a 35-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. Please note that the below conditions apply.
Condition:
- Our return policy lasts 35 days from when you receive your order.
- Your item must be unused and in the original condition.
- Your item must be in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that cash on delivery cannot be accepted.
Refund Procedure:
1. Contact eu.customerservice@hario.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Order number of your purchase
- The reason for your return request
2. Once you have received a reply from us confirming your return request, please send the items to:

Please make sure to ship your returns with track and trace, and provide us with the tracking code. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transport.
If you can list an email address for the receiver, please use eu.customerservice@hario.com.
3. Once your product is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the result of the inspection. If the refund of the product you have returned is approved, the refund will be processed.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact eu.customerservice@hario.com. Please make sure to do so within 7 days of receiving the item.
