Summer is here! And what better way to keep cool with some delicious cold brew coffee?
We've not only prepared a standard cold brew coffee recipe, but also some exciting fruity and spicy recipes to try out with your trusty Cold Brew Coffee Filter-in Bottle!

Standard Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • Freshly ground coffee, 55g
    • We recommend a medium-fine grind!
  • Water, about 700mL

Instructions:

  1. Add the ground coffee to the strainer.
  2. Attach the strainer to the spout, and attach the spout to the glass bottle.
    NB: When attaching the spout to the bottle, make sure the stopper is not inserted.
  3. Gently pour the water into the bottle through the spout opening.
  4. Close the spout with the stopper, and shake the bottle gently to allow the coffee and water to mix.
  5. Now let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  6. Before serving the coffee, make sure to gently shake the bottle.
  7. Unplug the spout and serve the coffee.
  8. Enjoy your cold brew coffee!

Tip:

Cold brew coffee is best enjoyed fresh, so drink it as soon as possible after brewing.
After 1-2 days the taste of the coffee will deteriorate, even when stored in a refrigerator.

Orange-Infused Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • Freshly ground coffee, 55g
  • Orange, ⅔~1 (sliced)
  • Cold water, about 700mL
  • Milk, to taste
  • A fresh sprig of mint

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 8 hours, 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the orange, and put the slices into the bottle.
  2. Add the cold water.
  3. Add the ground coffee to the strainer.
  4. Attach the strainer to the spout, and attach the spout to the bottle.
  5. Let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  6. Pour the coffee in your glass, add milk and garnish with a fresh mint sprig. Enjoy!

Tip:

Like it sweet? Add some sugar to further adjust the taste!

Spiced Cold Brew Coffee with Milk

Ingredients:

  • Freshly ground coffee, 55g
  • Milk, 500mL

Spice mix:

  • Condensed milk, 1 tbsp.
  • Ground cardamom, 1/2 tbsp.
  • Grated ginger, 1 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon stick, 1

Prep time: 7 minutes
Total time: 8 hours, 7 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Add the milk to the bottle.
  2. Add the ground coffee to the strainer.
  3. Attach the strainer to the spout, and attach the spout to the bottle.
  4. Let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  5. Pour the coffee into your glass and add the spice mix.
  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!

Tip:

Adjust the total amount of the spice mix to your preference!

Lemon-Infused Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • Freshly ground coffee, 55g
  • Cold water, about 700mL
  • Lemon, ½ (sliced)
  • Sugar, 1~2 tbsp.
  • Fresh sprig of mint (optional)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 8 hours, 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the lemon, and add the slices to the bottle.
  2. Add the cold water.
  3. Add the ground coffee to the strainer.
  4. Attach the strainer to the spout, and attach the spout to the bottle.
  5. Let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  6. Pour the extracted coffee into your glass, add sugar, and enjoy!

Tip:

Make this recipe your own by substituting ingredients! Try adding other fresh fruits to your taste.

Fresh Berry Cold Brew Latte

Ingredients:

  • Freshly ground coffee, 55g
  • Cold water, about 700mL
  • Strawberries, 150g
  • Blueberries, 70g
  • Milk, 50mL
  • A fresh sprig of mint (optional)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 8 hours, 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Cut the strawberries and blueberries in half and put them into the bottle.
  2. Fill the bottle with cold water.
  3. Add the ground coffee to the strainer.
  4. Attach the strainer to the spout, and attach the spout to the bottle.
  5. Let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  6. Pour in your glass, add the milk, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig! Enjoy!

Tip:

You can substitute frozen berries for fresh ones!
